She has been able to combine two english recipes in one! The famous chocolate muffins and banana bread come together to create a new recipe for an excellent snacks or for breakfast!

 160 g brown sugar
 360 g flour
 300 g bananas
 1 egg
 130 g butter
 100 g milk
 70 g white chocolate chips
 70 g dark chocolate chips
 ½ yeast pack
 1 vanilla flavour pack
 little bit of salt
 icing sugar to decorate

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces and mash them to obtain a nice puree.
Add the egg, the melted butter and the milk, mixing until a very homogeneous mixture is ready.

Finally add the yeast, the flour, the vanillin and finally the brown sugar and a pinch of salt.
Mix everything together, add the chocolate chips and arrange the dough in the cups
only halfway.
Bake at 170 ° for about 50 minutes.
