We have never hidden behind this and with this recipe we repeat it … WE ARE SWEET LOVERS !!!!
Meaning? We like CAKES! Very very much!
And on the other hand, a large part of the recipe book left to us by our grandmothers is made of delicious cakes … .. But we are also lovers of our health and for this reason, whenever possible, we look for valid alternatives in a little more light without renouncing to taste and delicacies! This recipe of blueberry tiramisu combines exactly this, the fanciful part of a particular and very sweet fruit with the lightness of the yogurt that replaces the mascarpone for a recipe that you can propose during the birthday parties of your kids!
First, whip the cream with the electric whisk and then add the yogurt jars.
Soak the buiscuits in cranberry juice and start composing your tiramisu. In this case we have used small single-portion jars, but if it is more convenient you can mount the tiramisu on a traditional pan or glass dish.
Make layers alternating the pavesini with a layer of cream previously prepared and finished with a garnish of fresh blueberries and mint leaves.
