We need to start thinking about the menu you will be preparing for Christmas and New Year. In addition to traditional dishes, which we will tell you about in the coming weeks, I really like cooking fish especially for New Year’s Eve so we decided to share with you a classic recipe for a simple appetizer but with that extra touch that can add a touch particular to your menu. A touch of spiciness with a spice that tastes like Christmas, ginger. Good recipe to everyone!
Chop the onion, parsley, garlic and chilli.
Fry everything in a large frying pan with a little oil.
After the sauce has taken a little color, add the previously cleaned mussels and cover with a lid.
Wait for the mussels to open and then add the wine making it evaporate, also add the pepper and the ginger made into very small cubes.
Cook for 10 minutes without a lid and serve your mussels with chopped parsley.
Important advice; never salt the mussels because they are already very tasty, the salt water of the sea is more than enough to give flavor.
