I like to experiment, try new recipes, invent combinations of unusual flavors. Everything is always seasoned with what I was taught by my family, the traditional Tuscan cuisine, even San Gimignano to be exact. In my house women have always cooked and I learned from them little tricks, the true flavors of our countryside and also the speed in the organization that certain housewives must have to put several guests at the table.

I decided to share this passion with you all. Because there is nothing that excites me and puts more joy in being in the kitchen. And knowing how to pass on all this is really beautiful! “
