Today the day had begun absolutly bad!
I didn't hear the alarm on the phone and when I looked at my watch I realized, in less than two seconds, that I only had half an hour to prepare me and Nora, take her to the nursery in a hurry and go to work.
The delay has obviously dragged on through the day!
Once I got home in the afternoon I was able to give myself a few minutes of relax. The weather was bad too with a beautiful September shower. The idea of taking a nice coffee on the sofa it seemed to me the only positive note of this day.
With the coffee i wanted also something sweet, at least a piece of cake to have more energy for the rest of the week. But in my house nothing sweet was ready!
I opened the fridge and a jar of coffee yoghurt was inside, maybe left by my husband after breakfast.
And here's the idea!
Nothing could be easier than preparing this quick cake weighed only with the jars of yogurt.
The recipe is from my neighbor Debora. The best idea ever for moments like this!
The preparation is very easy because it is necessary to combine all the ingredients in a mixer, except the chocolate and hazelnuts.
Mix well so that all the ingredients are well blended.
Line a baking pan with a zipper with wet baking paper.
And turn the mixture inside out.
Chop the hazelnuts and white chocolate with a kitchen knife and add them to the dough.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
