This cake is really healthy and is very good especially for breakfast.

 200 g of grated carrots
 3 eggs
 200 g sugar
 100 ml seed oil
 100 ml orange juice
 300 g flour
 1 cake yeast pack
 1 vanilla flavour pack

Mix the eggs well with the sugar until the mixture becomes beautiful creamy.
Then add the oil, orange juice and carrots that you have previously grated as finely as possible.

Add the sprinkle flour and finally the yeast and vanillin, mixing all the ingredients.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
