There are simple things that we grew up with and that take on an extraordinary meaning for this.

They are simple recipes, as mentioned, but which enclose the flavor of a lifetime.

This is for me the recipe of my grandmother’s almost spring salad that Loredana to whom I dedicate this dish left to me as a dowry … with all her love and the flavor of our Tuscan tradition.
