Ricetta per 4 persone:
1 chicken breast
1 Purple cauliflower blanched
4 mushrooms
1 cup of white wine
salt and pepper
soy sauce

Cut the chicken breast into strips and in a pan, with a little oil, fry the chicken breast and blend it with 1 glass of Vernaccia or white wine.

Blanch the cauliflower for at least 5 minutes, when it is ready put it in a bowl with ice.
When it has cooled, cut it and add to the chicken strips.

Finally, combine the porcini mushrooms previously cut into slices, straccetti and cauliflower, and smoke as you like with soy sauce.
Salt and pepper to your liking!
