Cooking Classes

Our cooking classes are, first of all, a great experience. A different way to enjoy the time together with new friends, our customers, sharing the food passion, talking about our different cultures and discovering a new world. That’s the best way to appreciate our traditions and make new friends!

 Everyone can learn the secrets of the typical Tuscan plates!

The preparation of every menu includes handmade pasta, traditional dessert and old-style recipes always prepered together under the supervision of Debora and Irene who will welcome you in their kitchen.
Every course (minimum 4 persons/maximun 15 persons) takes, at least, about 4hours.

But, we can also set up the coking class in different days (lunch or dinner) depending on your request. You can choose between two different menus, as following (CONTADINO MENU/FIORENTINA STEAK). In our kitchen you will find all the equipment you need, with a special surprise.

Every menu will be tasted together, in a family atmosphere, at the end of the lesson for the dinner.

This Cooking class includes:

  • APPETIZER
  • HANDMADE FRESH PASTA (Pici / Tagliatelle / Gnocchi / Tortelli, the choice is based on the season or the chef proposal)
  • MAIN COURSE (with pork or chicken meat and fresh vegetables)
  • DESSERT

 

TUSCAN BARBECUE WITH FIORENTINA STEAK MENU

This Cooking class includes:

  • APPETIZER
  • HANDMADE FRESH PASTA (Pici / Tagliatelle / Gnocchi / Tortelli, the choice is based on the season or the chef proposal)
  • MAIN COURSE (Old-style barbecue with Fiorentina steak and fresh vegetables)
  • DESSERT
