Muffone spicy cheese

 1 wheel of muffone cheese
 1 tbsp paprika
 1 tbsp curry powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 10 slices of bread

In a small bowl, prepare the spiced oil by mixing olive oil, paprika, curry, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Feel free to add chili or any other spices you like.

Take the muffone cheese and generously coat it with the spiced mixture, rubbing it all over the surface.

Brush the bread slices with the same spiced oil.

  • Place the cheese in the center of a baking tray lined with parchment paper and arrange the bread slices all around it.

 

  • Bake at 180°C / 350°F (static oven) for at least 15 minutes, until:

    • the crostini are golden and crunchy

    • the cheese inside is hot, soft, and beautifully melty

Bring the tray straight to the table.
Grab a crostino and dip it directly into the muffone cheese, right from the wheel. No forks needed—just hungry friends and lots of dipping.
