 half smoked scamorza
 4 spoon of sugar

Cut three slices of bread and place it in the pan with a drizzle of oil until they become crunchy.

Cut half the scamorza into slices, place it on the crunchy bread and place in the oven for 8 minutes at 180°.

 

After removing the sausage casing, cook it by touching it in a pan.

Place 4 tablespoons of sugar in a pan over low heat and let it caramelize.

When the sugar has started to caramelize, add 60ml of soy sauce, 60ml of Gin Brace and two teaspoons of tomato paste, stir and leave on the heat for two minutes.
