Homemade butter

 250 g Fresh heavy cream

In a chilled bowl, add the cream and whisk it until the fat separates from the buttermilk (you can also use a stand mixer).

Once the fat has separated, rinse it under cold running water and shape the butter into the form you like.

 

Let it rest in the fridge overnight: your homemade butter will be ready to enjoy for about ten days!
