 1 rool of puff pastry
 150 g smocked prosciutto speck
 ¾ spoon of grated parmesan
 2 sponn of flax seeds

Roll out the puff pastry and sprinkle with flaxseed, pressing a little to adhere well to the dough.
Turn the pastry upside down and sprinkle with cheese then place the speck slices on top.

Cut into strips about 2 cm wide and wrap them on themselves to form chopsticks.
Place them on a baking sheet and bake the strips at 180 ° C in the preheated oven for about 10/12 minutes.
