Morning rools with soft chocolate and pear

First, place the puff pastry on a pastry board and make rectangles out of it.
At the same time use some molds, we have used those with hearts, to make small decorations that you can use as a closure for your pocket.

Spread a layer of chocolate and pear jam and roll up the pocket, making sure to close it well on the sides.

When you have repeated the operation place the saccottini on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake at about 180 ° C for about 15 minutes, until the dough is a little brown.

Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes and then sprinkle with icing sugar.
