Bruschetta with sausage, gorzonzola and cherry tomatoes

 dry bread
 italian gorgonzola cheese (or blue cheese)
 balsamic vinegar

Toast the bread and put the sausage and gorgonzola on top, then cook for 5 minutes in the oven at 180 °.
As soon as you take out your bruschetta, cut the tomatoes and put them on top.
Season with oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and enjoy while still hot.
